Returns/Exchanges/Repairs

Every shipment sent out from Sportack contains a Customer Return/Exchange/Repair form. This is the form you will use to send back product. Please fill out all information to help expedite your return, exchange or repair when we receive it. If you do not have this form, you may download a printable PDF version of the form to fill out below.

Steps to take for Returns, Exchanges or Repairs:

    1. All returns, exchanges or repairs must have an RMA number.
      Please call 1-800-248-8225 to receive your RMA number before sending the merchandise back to us.
    2. BioThane® Equipment is made to order and NOT returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
    3. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and received within 14 days from the day you received the order. Any returns over the 14 days may be charged a 10% restocking fee.
    4. Include a copy of your receipt with all returns. If you do not have a receipt, be sure to fill out all pertinent billing and shipping information, as well as payment information (if needed) on the Customer Return form.
    5. Please allow 2-3 weeks for repairs to be made.
