The Easyboot Epic is essentially the Easyboot with the addition of the Easyboot Gaiter. Although this looks like a very simple addition, the performance change is amazing for the barefoot horse, in muddy conditions or for a horse who is difficult to keep booted. All hard portions of the boot still fit below the hairline, and the soft Gaiter fastens around the pastern. The area of the Gaiter that covers the bulb is passive and only engages if the heel lifts out of the boot. The Easyboot Gaiter can be purchased as an accessory for the Easyboot, or comes packaged and assembled on the Easyboot Epic.
