International Orders: All orders placed on credit cards issued from banks outside the U.S. should be placed by telephone, 435-658-0422, FAX, 435-658-0425 or email, admin@sportack.com
Backorders: Orders that contain items that are on backorder will be held until the order can ship in its entirety. Most backorders will be filled and shipped within 10 business days. If you wish the "in stock" items on your order to be shipped ahead, you will be responsible for shipping charges for both shipments. You will be notified of extended back orders.
Domestic Shipments (including Alaska and Hawaii): Sportack can ship to virtually any address in the world. Shipping costs for orders will depend on the carrier and any special options that you choose. If all items on your order are available to ship (no backordered items), you will be charged for one regular shipment fee based on the shipment method you choose. The freight charge is always based on the weight, dimensions and destination of your package.
Rush Shipments: All orders requested to be sent RUSH will be shipped via UPS Next Day Air or Second Day Air as requested. Bulky or "dimensionally heavy" items may incur a higher shipping charge and additional charges may need to be applied. Call or email for actual shipping charges.
International Shipments: All International shipments, including Canada and Mexico, will be sent via the carrier of your choice (UPS, FedEx or USPS Air Parcel). Please be aware that some carriers charge Customs Brokerage fees upon the arrival of the shipment into your country. If in doubt about the most economical method of shipment (including questions about brokerage fees), please call us and we'll try to direct you. Shipping charges for all international orders will be determined at the time the order is shipped. All charges will be quoted for your approval prior to shipment. Bulky items may incur a higher shipping charge.
Drop Shipments: A few items that we carry are not ?in stock? items due to size and shipping costs. In order to give you the best possible price, we drop-ship these items to you directly from the manufacturer. Additional shipping charges may apply for these items (see item details for exact costs). These shipping costs may not be reflected on your final order until after it has been received and updated by us. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of drop shipment items.
